Card Creating Tuesday

Today over at My Cricut Craftroom is Card Creating Tuesday.

Here in Oregon we are finally in full Fall weather. Don't get
me wrong I love all the fall colors, the cool east winds and
the thought that Christmas is just around the corner. But, who
doesn't love a good brightly colored popsicle? So, for todays
card I decided to make some fun colored popsicles. I used the
Cricut cartridge Doodlecharms and Tags, Bags, Boxes & More.

Using my gyspy I added 2 (4.63 X 6.26) blackout popsicles
to the gyspy mat. In order to have them fold in half correctly
you have to flip one of them. Then I used the weld option
on the Gyspy to get the card effect. Now you have the card
base. I then cut out one of the blackout bases in brown and
ran the stick part trough my Cuttlebug with the wood grain
folder. The popsicle top was cut in a variety of bright colored
DCWV paper and ran trough my Cuttlebug with the dots
folder.  The cute little tags are cut with the TBBM cricut
cartridge at 1 1/2 inches. The stamps on the tags are from
the dollar stamps at Michael's.  I love them because you
get to pick just what you want.

I added a small piece of colored paper behind the cut spaces so
you didn't have the brown paper showing. The glitter is a
variety of colored stickles. I thought that the prima flowers
added an extra layer of bling. Even the popsicle stamp is
from the dollar stamp section.

Now that you have seen my cards for today please head
on over to My Cricut Craftroom to take a look at what my
other Design Team sisters have created for today.

I hope you have a great day and please come
back soon for my fun crafts.

Sweet Wishes, Sharon
