Ugly Paper Challenge

The DT was asked to sort through our paper and
pick out the ugliest paper we could find and
make a card. I found this paper in a fall pack
from Making Memories. It is light blue with
gold glitter bunches of wheat. I though it would
make a great outdoor fall card. So, out came
Create a Critter and I was off. This card ended
up being easer than I thought it would be.

The tree came from the Wild card cartridge cut at
5 inches. All the other cuts are from the Create
a Critter cartridge. The fox and camp fire were
cut at 2 inches. The T pee and the word Explorer
were cut at 1 inch. I used the wood grain Cuttlebug
folder to make the tree, camp fire and the word
Explorer stand out more. I love using chalk to
make the details pop out at you. Of course I
also used lots of foam dots to lift for more depth.

Now that the card is finished I still think the
paper is ugly. But, now it is an ugly cute card.
Sweet Wishes to all my Craft Friends.
